Don Cooper designed our beach home that we have enjoyed for 18 years. The architectural style has received many accolades and it has long been one of the most iconic homes on our gulf coast island. Additionally, the interiors have afforded us an ease of living and entertaining that made for years of enjoyment. We have recently engaged him again for another home we are having built. He is a thorough detailed creative architect who worked to design a home that enhanced and incorporated its surroundings and suited the life style of its owners.

CJS was the architect on our waterfront home in beach park which was completed in 2013. they did an exceptional job capturing our desires and needs. we lived in NJ at the time so all this was done long distance which CJS handled with out any problems or delay. our experience as so positive, we have hired them to develop plans for a home on bayshore drive.

Stephen Smith designed a waterfront home for my wife and me in Boca Grande, Fl. On a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the highest mark, we give him a 10. His services produced a one of a kind classic island design that is extremely functional. The comprehensive plans enables us to effectively hard bid the project. After interviewing other qualified architects for the job, it became quite clear that Stephen's plans provided attention to detail like no other architect. Our contractor enjoyed working with Stephen on the project. We simply loved working with him and his ultimate work product.
